No, you are an Independent Contractor, as such you will
receive a 1099 in lieu of an W2 form at the end of the tax year. But all
one-time and monthly fees are tax deductible as well as any other expenses you
occur such as but not limited to internet bill, phone bill and a portion of
your rent/mortgage etc. As I am not a tax professional it is best to consult a
