The clients base pay range between $9.00 and $15.00 as you
start meeting the required metrics in your Statement of Work Agreement the pay
increases. The top performing CSP's are earning additional $1.00 to $10.00 per
hour. Some inbound customer service/sales jobs pay up to $20+ in commissions.
