Multiple Streams of income
Phocus Virtual believes that all persons should have multiple streams of revenue and will periodically offer ways to generate income from home, outside of the Arise platform.
Monthly Performance
One agent per month will be awarded a cash or prize reward for maintaining a Star metrics score of 3.0 or higher for a 4-week period.
Referral Revenue
Agents who are currently servicing a client and refer other to our company will receive a $50 bonus after the referred person has serviced a client for 30 days. Agents who refer 10 or more persons in a month will receive an additional $5 per agent, ...
Military Discounts
Arise offers entrepreneurial-minded active military, military spouses and veterans a 50% discount on their first certification course.
Certification Completion
We offer a certification completion incentive that after 90 days of servicing a client your certification fee will be re-payed. To all agents completing certification enrollment within 7 days of joining Phocus Virtual an extra $50.00 will be given.
